Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is your personal space to breathe, unpack, and be heard—without judgment or pressure. It’s a one-on-one time with a therapist who’s here to support you, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, hurting, or just need someone to help make sense of it all.

We work at your pace. Some days might be about big emotions or hard memories. Other days might be about learning small, practical tools that make life feel a little lighter. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship struggles, or identity questions, we’ll walk with you through it—step by step.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. You just need a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in trust. That’s what we’re here to offer.

Because healing isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s about being seen, understood, and empowered to live more fully as yourself.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a space for everyone to take a breath, sit down together, and start making sense of things as a team. Whether your family is feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in the same old patterns, therapy can help you slow things down and really hear each other again.

We know families come in all shapes and stories—blended families, chosen families, co-parenting teams, grandparents raising kids, and everything in between. No matter what your family looks like, we’re here to support better communication, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of connection.

Sometimes family therapy means talking about hard stuff. Sometimes it means learning new ways to manage stress or build trust. And sometimes it’s about learning to be together differently—more openly, more honestly, and with a little more grace.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Family therapy can be a powerful tool for navigating transitions, deepening relationships, and creating a more peaceful home.

We’ll guide the process with care, curiosity, and compassion—so everyone gets a voice, and no one feels alone in the room.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship goes through seasons—some light and easy, others heavier and harder to navigate. Couples therapy is a space to pause together, breathe, and sort through whatever’s making connection feel difficult.

Sometimes it’s tension that keeps coming up in the same conversations. Sometimes it’s silence that wasn’t always there. Sometimes it’s a longing to feel close again but not knowing where to begin. Therapy offers a place to notice those patterns, understand each other more clearly, and build something stronger together.

You don’t have to be in a crisis to come in. You might just be feeling a little off, a little stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. That’s okay. We’re here to help hold the space for the hard stuff—with curiosity, not blame. We’re not here to choose sides or keep score—we’re here to help you both feel heard, supported, and on the same team again.

Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, what’s been missing, and what it might look like to rebuild connection with more honesty, softness, and care.

Transmagnetic Cranial Stimulation (TMS)

Sometimes, talk therapy and medication just aren’t enough—or don’t feel like the right fit. That’s where TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) can help. It’s a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate parts of the brain that play a role in mood, focus, and emotional regulation.

TMS isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping your brain reconnect with the parts of you that may have gone quiet through depression, anxiety, or trauma. It’s safe, FDA-approved, and often used when traditional treatments haven’t brought the relief you need.

Sessions are simple: you sit back in a comfy chair while a small device gently targets specific areas of your brain. You’ll be awake and alert the whole time—there are no medications involved, and no downtime afterward.

Many people begin to feel shifts over time—more energy, more clarity, more access to themselves. It’s not magic, but it’s real science, and it can be life-changing.

If you're curious about TMS or wondering if it might be a good next step, we’re here to walk you through it—no pressure, just honest information and compassionate care.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, powerful approach to healing that helps your brain do what it naturally wants to do—process and move through painful memories instead of staying stuck in them.

Sometimes when we go through something overwhelming—like trauma, loss, or ongoing stress—our brain stores those experiences in a way that keeps them feeling very present, even long after the moment has passed. EMDR helps "unstick" those memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

In EMDR therapy, we guide you through specific eye movements or other forms of gentle, rhythmic stimulation while you recall a distressing memory in a safe, supportive environment. Over time, many people find the memory becomes less painful, less vivid, and more integrated.

You don’t need to talk in detail about everything that happened. You just need a willingness to show up, and we’ll help your brain do the rest—with care, pacing, and support tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, or stuck patterns that don’t seem to budge, EMDR can be a deeply effective and empowering path forward.

Adoption Process

Adoption is a beautiful and often complex journey—filled with hope, emotion, big decisions, and lots of unknowns. Whether you’re just beginning to explore adoption, actively in the process, or adjusting to life post-placement, we’re here to support you through it all.

This kind of transition touches so many layers—identity, grief, belonging, attachment, and the deep desire to build or grow your family. Therapy during the adoption process offers a place to slow down, reflect, and make space for all the emotions that come with it.

We work with:

  • Prospective adoptive parents preparing emotionally and mentally for the process ahead

  • Birth parents navigating their choices and the many emotions that follow

  • Adopted children and teens exploring identity, trust, and connection

  • Families post-placement as they adjust to new roles, routines, and relationships

We also offer support throughout the court and legal process, whether that means providing documentation, preparing reports, writing professional letters on your behalf, or being available as a therapeutic resource throughout the required legal steps. We understand how overwhelming the logistics can feel—and we’re here to walk with you through the paperwork, the waiting, and the big decisions.

Every adoption story is unique. We’re not here to assume or direct—we’re here to listen, support, and help you move through each chapter with clarity, compassion, and care.

You don’t have to do this alone. We’re here to support you—emotionally, practically, and professionally—every step of the way.
