Psychotherapy

Examining your history and the difficulties you have is a necessary part of the therapeutic process.

However, psychotherapy involves much more than talking about your problems. Empirically based interventions are utilized to support the achievement of treatment goals unique to you or your loved one.

Treatment progress is reviewed routinely to ensure that your customized treatment plan is working. This happens over a series of sessions, which are typically 55 minutes long.

The frequency and duration of sessions depends on the severity of the problems you may be facing and your response to treatment.

You can expect support in achieving your goals, resolving your conflicts, being understood, and enhancing a sense of well being.
